I started my career as an IT Auditor at KPMG. Left that to run a furniture business. Closed the furniture business when the recession hit in 2012. Then taught myself digital marketing — Facebook, YouTube, forums, trial and error — and started freelancing on Upwork.
For years I was the guy you hired to do things: email marketing, ad campaigns, funnel builds, CRM setups. I worked with over 160 clients across ecommerce, coaching, SaaS, and live events. I got good at seeing what was broken and fixing it fast.
Eventually I stopped selling hours and started embedding. That's the work I care about — coming into a business as a fractional operator, getting inside the machine, and making it actually run. Not writing a strategy doc. Not running a workshop and disappearing. Building something that works without me.
The founders I work with are doing $150K–$250K. They're smart. They're not lazy. They've just never had the right person in the room — someone who can see the whole system and do the work. That's what I do.
I'm based between Bangkok and the US. I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose.
